You leave this topic knowing exactly why we paste the same three lines into every single prompt today.
AI has no shame. It will give you a confident, well-written answer even when it is guessing. These three lines stop the three most common ways that guessing hurts a business.
Line 1 stops a made-up fact. A trader once asked AI for the GST rate on a product and pasted it straight into a client invoice. The rate AI gave was wrong. AI did not say "I am not sure" — it just answered, confidently, with a number that does not exist. Line 1 forces AI to say "I am not sure" instead of inventing a number.
You leave this topic with one weak one-line request rebuilt into a strong, complete prompt.
A weak prompt is usually missing one of four parts. Cover all four, every time.
| Part | What it means | Simple question to ask yourself |
|---|---|---|
| Role | Who should AI act as while it helps you | "Who should AI pretend to be for this task?" |
| Work | The exact task AI must do | "What exactly do I want done?" |
| Details | The facts, numbers and background AI needs | "What does AI need to know that it cannot guess?" |
| Format | How you want the answer to look | "List, table, message, or short paragraph?" |
When to use: Any time you have a real task and want a strong first prompt, not a weak one-liner.
Act as [ROLE - WHO SHOULD AI ACT AS FOR THIS TASK]. Do this: [WORK - THE EXACT TASK] Here is what you need to know: [DETAILS - FACTS, NUMBERS, BACKGROUND] Give me the answer as: [FORMAT - LIST, TABLE, MESSAGE, OR SHORT PARAGRAPH] RULES: 1. Do not invent any fact, number, name or date. If you are not sure, say "I am not sure" and tell me exactly what I should check and where. 2. Before your final answer, ask me for any real data you need. Do not assume my numbers. 3. Do not just agree with me. Tell me where my thinking is weak and show me the other side.
You leave this topic knowing exactly why the next topic — the Business Brain — matters so much.
When to use: Right before you build your Business Brain, to see your true starting point.
Tell me everything you currently know or have stored about me and my business, [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE]. List it clearly, point by point. If you have nothing stored about me, say so plainly. Do not guess or make up details to fill the gap. RULES: 1.
This is the most important topic in the whole course. You leave it with one Business Brain document that every tool and every block for the rest of the day will reuse.
AI cannot help your business until it knows your business. This topic builds one document that answers that, once, properly. It covers five areas, always in the same order: yourself, your business, your product or service, your customers, and your goals.
When to use: Do this once, right now, before anything else in this workshop.
You are helping me build a "Business Brain" document for my business, [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE]. Interview me to learn about myself, my business, my product or service, my customers and my goals. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 12 questions - roughly two or three per area, so pick the questions that matter most. Keep each question short and in simple language. If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific. Cover these five areas, in this order: 1. Myself - my name, my role, how long I have been in this business, what I personally handle day to day 2. My business - what my business is, where it is located, how big it is, how I earn money 3. My product or service - what I sell, my range, what makes me different from others 4. My customers - who buys from me, why they buy, what they complain about 5. My goals - what I want in the next 12 months, what is blocking me right now After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, give me a "Business Brain" document under 300 words, organised under these five headings: Myself, My Business, My Product Or Service, My Customers, My Goals. Write it so I can paste this whole document into any future prompt, or save it as my custom instructions. RULES: 1.
When to use: Right after your first Business Brain is ready, before you save it anywhere.
Here is my Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR BUSINESS BRAIN] Review it like a critical business consultant. Point out anything that is vague, generic, or missing under each of the five headings - Myself, My Business, My Product Or Service, My Customers, My Goals. Ask me for the missing pieces, ONE question at a time. Wait for my answer before the next question. When I have answered everything, give me the updated Business Brain document, same format, still under 300 words. RULES: 1.
When to use: Any time something changes in your business — a new product, a new goal, a new location.
Here is my current Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS BRAIN] Here is what has changed: [WHAT HAS CHANGED IN YOUR BUSINESS] Update only the parts of the Business Brain that this change affects. Keep everything else exactly the same. Give me the full updated document, same five headings, still under 300 words. RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.
You leave this topic with your Business Brain saved so it applies to every future chat, not just this one.
Every major tool has a place to save information so it remembers you in every new chat, without you pasting it again. The exact menu name changes often as tools update, so look for words like these rather than a fixed click-path:
- ChatGPT — look for something called "Projects" or "Custom Instructions," usually inside Settings or the sidebar. Paste your Business Brain there. - Gemini — look for something called "Gems." Create one and paste your Business Brain into its instructions. - Claude — look for something called "Projects." Create one and paste your Business Brain into its project knowledge or instructions.
You leave this topic with one upgraded prompt, built by AI from your rough idea.
You do not have to write a perfect prompt yourself. Give AI your rough idea, and let it build the full prompt for you.
When to use: When you have a rough idea for a task, but you do not know how to turn it into a strong prompt.
I have a rough idea for a task I want AI to help with. Here it is: [YOUR ROUGH IDEA, IN YOUR OWN WORDS] Turn this into a complete, structured prompt for me. Give it a clear Role, the exact Work to be done, the Details I should fill in, and the Format I want the answer in. Show me the finished prompt so I can copy and use it. Add the standard RULES lines at the end. RULES: 1.
When to use: The answer you got felt weak or generic, and you want a stronger version of the same prompt.
Here is a prompt I used, and the answer felt weak or generic: [PASTE YOUR OLD PROMPT] Rewrite this prompt to be stronger. Add a clear Role, more specific Details, and a clear Format. Keep my original goal the same. RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.
You leave this topic with one converter prompt that turns any hard prompt into an easy conversation.
Reach for this whenever a prompt asks you to describe, judge or remember something, not just state a fact. It turns that one hard blank into a short conversation, one question at a time.
When to use: Any time a prompt has a blank that asks you to think, describe, judge or remember, and you would rather answer questions than stare at the blank.
Here is a prompt I want to use: [PASTE YOUR PROMPT] Do not answer it yet. Instead, rewrite it so that you interview me first. Ask me ONE question at a time, wait for my answer, then ask the next. Ask only about things you genuinely need and cannot guess. Maximum 8 questions. Simple language. After the last one, summarise what you learned, let me correct it, and only then give me the final output. Start by asking your first question now. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with a Voice Card you paste into every prompt from now on.
When to use: Do this once, at the start of Block 2, before you write anything else.
You are helping me create a Voice Card for my business [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE]. Interview me to learn how I write and talk to my customers. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 8 questions. Keep each question short and in simple language. If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific. Cover these points across your questions: 1. How I talk to customers - formal or friendly 2. Words I always use 3. Words I never use 4. Long sentences or short sentences 5. English, Hinglish, or a mix of languages 6. One real message I have sent a customer, as an example After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, give me a "Voice Card" - a block of text under 150 words that I can paste into any future prompt, or save as my custom instructions. It should describe my tone, my words, my sentence length and my language mix, so any AI writes like me. RULES: 1.
When to use: Any time you have a stiff or borrowed piece of text and want it to sound like you.
Here is my saved Voice Card: [PASTE YOUR VOICE CARD] Here is a piece of text I want to fix: [PASTE THE TEXT] Rewrite this text in my voice, using the same tone, words and sentence length from my Voice Card. Keep the facts the same. Do not add any new facts. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with a real 30-day calendar for your own business.
When to use: Once a month, to plan all your posts in one sitting instead of daily panic.
You are helping me build a 30-day social media content calendar for my business. Here is my Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR BUSINESS BRAIN] Here is my Voice Card: [PASTE YOUR VOICE CARD] Interview me first. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 8 questions. Keep each question short and in simple language. If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific. Cover these points across your questions: 1. Which festival or season falls in the next 30 days for my business 2. What I sell the most right now 3. Who buys it - one line on my typical customer 4. What I can realistically post - photos, short videos, or text only 5. Which platforms I actually use - WhatsApp Status, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile 6. How many posts a week I can manage 7. Any dates I must include - like a sale, an event or an anniversary 8. One thing I want to avoid posting about After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, give me a 30-day calendar as a table with these columns: Day, Date, Platform, Post type, Topic, Hook line, Call to action, Which AI tool makes it. Start from [START DATE]. Spread the posts realistically across the platforms and days I gave you. Do not put a post on every single day if I said I cannot manage that many. RULES: 1.
When to use: The day before you post, to turn one calendar row into the final caption.
Here is one row from my 30-day content calendar: [PASTE THE ROW - DATE, PLATFORM, POST TYPE, TOPIC, HOOK LINE, CALL TO ACTION] Here is my Voice Card: [PASTE YOUR VOICE CARD] Write a full ready-to-post caption for this row, in my voice. Start with the hook line, then the body, then the call to action at the end. Keep the length right for the platform I named. Add 3 to 5 hashtags that fit my voice. RULES: 1.
When to use: Right after your calendar is ready, so you know which tool to open for each post.
Here is my full 30-day content calendar: [PASTE YOUR FULL CALENDAR] Look at the "Post type" column. For each day, tell me which tool I should use to make that post: - Photo or product image - an image tool - Slide, carousel or one-pager - a presentation tool - Audio, jingle or background music - a music tool - Content that must come only from my own documents or price list - a document tool - Plain text post - no extra tool needed Give me the answer as a table with columns: Day, Post type, Tool to use, One-line reason. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with 1 to 3 finished image posts using a method that actually sells.
AIDA means four things a good sales post must do, in order.
AIDA is not the only method. Use it as your default. Keep these others in your back pocket for when a post does not feel right in AIDA.
| Step | What it means | Saree shop example |
|---|---|---|
| A - Attention | Stop the scroll | Bright photo, bold text: "Wedding Season Sale" |
| I - Interest | Say why it matters to them | "50 new silk designs, price starts Rs 1500" |
| D - Desire | Make them want it | "The same design your favourite actress wore" |
| A - Action | Tell them what to do next | "Visit today, offer ends Sunday" |
| Method | Steps | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| PAS | Problem, Agitate, Solution | A post that opens with a pain point - "Missed a GST deadline before? That penalty hurts. File with us on time, every time." |
| FAB | Features, Advantages, Benefits | Technical products - spare parts, machinery, anything with specs to explain |
| BAB | Before, After, Bridge | Before-after posts - a messy account book made clean, an old machine replaced with a new one |
| 4Ps | Picture, Promise, Prove, Push | Longer posts and WhatsApp broadcast messages - paint a picture, promise a result, prove it, push them to act |
When to use: Before you design any sales image, to plan the words first.

Here is the image you just made. I want to change it. Keep the same product and layout. Change only this: [WHAT TO CHANGE - COLOUR, TEXT, BACKGROUND, PERSON, OR ANGLE] Do not change anything else. Show me the text on the image again after the change, so I can check the spelling. RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.
When to use: Do this in the drill only if you finish your AIDA post early. Otherwise, try it at home this week.
Write image post copy for my business using the [METHOD - PAS, FAB, BAB, OR 4Ps] method. Business: [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE] Product or offer: [WHAT ARE YOU SELLING OR OFFERING] Who sees this post: [WHO IS THE CUSTOMER] Platform: [WHERE WILL THIS POST GO] Here is my Voice Card: [PASTE YOUR VOICE CARD] Break the copy into the steps of that method. You leave this topic with captions that sound like real speech, not a textbook.
Amravati runs on more than one language mixed together. This topic covers Marathi and English, since that is the language of this room, plus Hindi and English, Hindi with Gujarati and English, and Telugu and English, for the customers who speak those.
When to use: Any time a caption or message sounds too formal or too English for your customers.
I want to turn this text into natural spoken language, the way people actually talk. Text to convert: [PASTE THE TEXT] Language mix to use: [LANGUAGE MIX - FOR EXAMPLE MARATHI AND ENGLISH, HINDI AND ENGLISH, HINDI GUJARATI AND ENGLISH, OR TELUGU AND ENGLISH] Write it the way people actually speak on WhatsApp and in shops, not textbook language. If you are not sure, say "I am not sure" and tell me exactly what I should check and where. 2. Before your final answer, ask me for any real data you need. Do not assume my numbers. 3. Do not just agree with me. Tell me where my thinking is weak and show me the other side.
When to use: Right before you send or post, as a last check that nothing sounds wrong.
Read this message out loud in your head, the way a real person would say it in [LANGUAGE MIX]. Message: [PASTE THE MESSAGE] Tell me if any word or line sounds wrong, too formal, or like a textbook, not like normal speech. Suggest a fix only for those words. RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.

Before your final answer, ask me for any real data you need. Do not assume my numbers. 3. Do not just agree with me. Tell me where my thinking is weak and show me the other side.
You leave this topic with ready answers to your 10 most-asked customer questions, short enough to paste into WhatsApp.
When to use: Once, to build a saved bank of answers you reuse for months.
You are helping me build a customer support reply bank for my business. Here is my Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR BUSINESS BRAIN] Here is my Voice Card: [PASTE YOUR VOICE CARD] Here are my 10 most-asked customer questions, in my own words: [PASTE YOUR LIST OF 10 QUESTIONS] For each question, write one ready answer in my voice. Each answer must be short enough to paste straight into a WhatsApp reply - under [NUMBER OF WORDS] words. Keep the facts accurate to my Business Brain. If a question needs a number or policy I have not given you, leave that part blank and mark it [NEED FROM ME] instead of guessing. Give me the answers as a numbered list, question then answer. RULES: 1.
When to use: Right after your reply bank is ready, for a question that sometimes needs more than one line.
Here is one answer from my customer reply bank: [PASTE ONE QUESTION AND ITS ANSWER] Give me this same answer in three lengths: 1. A one-line WhatsApp reply, under 20 words. 2. A fuller email reply, 3 to 5 sentences, with a greeting and a closing. 3. A version a new staff member can read out on the phone, in plain spoken language, with no written-only phrases. Keep the facts exactly the same in all three. Do not add any new information in the longer versions. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with three draft replies to a real complaint, so you pick one instead of sending the first thing AI wrote.
When to use: Any time a customer complaint lands and you feel too angry or too rushed to reply well.
A customer has sent me this complaint: [PASTE THE COMPLAINT, WITH NO PHONE NUMBER OR PERSONAL DETAILS] Here is my Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR BUSINESS BRAIN] Draft three different replies to this complaint: 1. Warm and apologetic - leads with sorry, focuses on making it right 2. Firm and factual - states the facts and the policy calmly, no extra apology 3. A middle path - acknowledges the problem, states the facts, and offers a fix, without over-apologising Keep each reply under [NUMBER OF WORDS] words, ready to paste into WhatsApp. Do not use the customer's name or any personal detail I did not give you. RULES: 1. Do not invent any fact, number, name or date. If you are not sure, say "I am not sure" and tell me exactly what I should check and where. 2. You leave this topic with a working notebook built on your own price list and product catalogue.
A normal chatbot answers from everything it was ever trained on, and it can invent an answer when it does not know yours. NotebookLM answers only from the documents you upload, so it does not invent answers the way a general chatbot can.
Steps to build your notebook: 1. Go to notebooklm.google.com and sign in with your Google account. 2. Create a new notebook and give it your business name. 3. Add your price list, product catalogue, or any document you brought today as a source. Look for an option to add or upload a file - the exact button name changes from time to time, so look for whatever lets you bring a file in. 4. Wait for it to finish reading your file before you ask your first question.
When to use: Any time a customer or staff member asks a question you know is answered somewhere in your price list or catalogue.
Using only the documents I have uploaded to this notebook, answer this question: [TYPE YOUR QUESTION] If the answer is not in my documents, say clearly that it is not there. Do not guess and do not use any outside knowledge. Show me which part of the document you took the answer from. RULES: 1.
When to use: Any time you hire someone new and do not have time to train them yourself on day one.
Using only the documents I have uploaded to this notebook, make a training sheet for a new employee. The employee's role: [WHAT WILL THIS PERSON DO] Cover these topics: [TOPICS TO INCLUDE - FOR EXAMPLE PRODUCTS, PRICES, POLICIES, OR COMMON QUESTIONS] Write it in plain, simple language, as a numbered list, so a person with no experience can read it on their first day. Do not add any fact that is not in my documents. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with one proposal draft for a real client or dealer.
When to use: Any time you need to send a proposal or quotation to a real client or dealer.
You are helping me write a proposal for a real client or dealer. Here is my Business Brain document: [PASTE YOUR BUSINESS BRAIN] Interview me first. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 8 questions. Keep each question short and in simple language. If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific. Cover these points across your questions: 1. Who is this client or dealer, and what business are they in 2. What exactly do they need from me 3. What is included in my scope, and what is not included 4. How I calculate my price - per unit, per project, or another basis 5. My timeline - when I can start and when I can finish 6. What a competitor might offer instead, if I know 7. Any past work or reference I can mention After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, write the proposal with these sections: Introduction, Understanding of the requirement, Scope of work, Price, Timeline, Why choose us, Next steps. RULES: 1.
When to use: You already have a past proposal, and want to know what a buyer would object to before you send the next one.
Here is a proposal I sent in the past: [PASTE YOUR PAST PROPOSAL] Read it as if you are the buyer deciding whether to say yes. Tell me: 1. What is weak in this proposal 2. What is missing that a buyer would expect to see 3. What a buyer would object to, or try to negotiate 4. Three specific changes that would make it stronger Be direct. Do not soften your answer to make me feel good. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with one SOP and one job description, ready to use.
When to use: Any time you want a task written down clearly enough that a new employee can follow it without asking you.
You are helping me write a Standard Operating Procedure, or SOP, for a task in my business. The task: [NAME THE TASK] Interview me to learn the steps. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 8 questions. Keep each question short and in simple language. Ask me to walk through the task step by step, in the order it actually happens. For each step, also ask what commonly goes wrong. After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, write the SOP as a numbered list of steps. For each step, include what to do, and a short note on what commonly goes wrong at that step. Write it so a new employee with no experience can follow it. RULES: 1.
When to use: Any time you need to post a job opening on WhatsApp groups or local job boards.
Write a job description for a role I want to hire for. Role: [JOB TITLE] What this person will do, day to day: [MAIN TASKS] Skills or experience needed: [SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE, IF ANY] Location and work timing: [LOCATION AND WORK TIMING] Salary range, if you want to share it: [SALARY RANGE OR LEAVE BLANK] Write it in plain, simple language, suitable for posting on WhatsApp groups and local job boards. Do not use corporate HR language. Keep it short enough to read on a phone screen without much scrolling. RULES: 1.
You leave this topic with one plain-language analysis report built from your own sales or expense file.
Claude Cowork works with the file already saved on your computer, instead of asking you to upload it anywhere. [PAID] It needs the paid Claude desktop app - free fallback: upload the same file to ChatGPT or Gemini and run the same prompts there instead.
When to use: Always run this first, before any analysis, the moment you open your file in AI.
I am about to share a business file with you. Before you analyse anything, look at the file and describe it back to me first. Tell me: 1. What columns are in the file 2. The date range it covers 3. How many rows it has 4. Any missing values, blank cells, or numbers that look wrong or strange Do not analyse the numbers or draw any conclusion yet. Just describe what is actually in the file, so I can check it is the right file before we go further. File: [PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR SALES OR EXPENSE FILE] RULES: 1.
When to use: After the first look confirms your file is clean, to get the full picture in simple words.
Here is my [SALES OR EXPENSE] file for [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE], covering [DATE RANGE]: [PASTE OR ATTACH YOUR FILE] Study only the numbers that are actually in this file. Give me a plain-language report with: 1. What sold the most, or what cost the most 2. What is falling or slowing down 3. Which months were the strongest, and which were the weakest 4. Which [CUSTOMERS, DEALERS, OR CATEGORIES] matter most to my business 5. Three things I should look at next Use simple language, not technical or accounting terms. Do not use any number that is not actually in my file. RULES: 1.
When to use: Any time one number in the report surprises you or you do not fully understand it.
Explain this one number to me in simple terms. Number: [PASTE THE NUMBER OR LINE FROM THE REPORT] Tell me exactly how you worked this out from my file - which rows or column you used - and what it means for my business, in one line. RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.
You leave this topic knowing what Genspark AI is and when you would reach for it.
Genspark AI is different from a normal chat tool. Instead of answering one question, it tries to carry out a longer task on its own, in steps, and bring back a finished result.
Two things people use it for. One is deeper research - it searches across many sources on its own and puts the findings together in one place. The other is building a finished piece of work, like a full slide deck or a document, not just a draft you still have to build yourself.
You leave this topic with a decision card that tells you which tool to open for any job.
Your decision card:
When to use NO AI at all:
| Job, in your own words | Best tool | Why |
|---|---|---|
| "Write something in my voice" | ChatGPT or Claude | Writes text that sounds like you, using your Voice Card |
| "Make a product photo" | Gemini | Best for a photo-real image of a product or a person |
| "Make a poster with text and price on it" | ChatGPT | Best for a designed graphic with clean, readable text on it |
| "Answer only from my price list" | NotebookLM | Answers only from your own documents, never guesses |
| "Work on a file on my laptop" | Claude Cowork [PAID] | Reads the file straight off your computer, no upload |
| "Make a deck" | Gamma.app | Builds a full slide deck from your Business Brain in minutes |
| "Make a jingle" | Suno | Turns your brand message into a short song |
| "A long research job" | Genspark AI | Carries out a longer, multi-step research task on its own |
| Situation | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| Anything with a customer's bank details, Aadhaar or PAN number | Handle it yourself. Do not type it into any AI tool |
| A legally binding final commitment - a signed contract, a final quotation, a final salary figure | Get a person to check it before it becomes final |
| A decision you already know the answer to | Just decide. Do not spend ten minutes asking AI to confirm what you already know |
You leave this topic able to catch AI when it invents a fact, or simply agrees with you.
AI invents facts, confidently. AI almost never says "I don't know" unless you tell it to. It will give you a wrong GST rate, a wrong law, or a wrong date in the same confident tone as a correct answer. Example: Deshmukh & Associates asks AI for the late filing penalty on a specific return. AI states a number with full confidence. The number is wrong. Always cross-check any number, name, date, law or rate against an official source before you use it.
How to cross-check. Use at least one of these every time: ask AI for the exact source of the fact, ask the same question a second way and see if the answer changes, or check one fact yourself against a real document. Example: Vidarbha Agro Equipments asks AI for a spare part safety standard number. Before trusting it, Sunil asks where the number comes from, asks the same question in different words, and checks it against the actual certificate in his file.
When to use: Any time you want to test whether AI is really agreeing with you, or just being polite.
I have an idea for my business. Before you tell me what you think, argue against it as strongly as you honestly can. Then give me your honest opinion, even if it is different from what I want to hear. My idea: [YOUR BUSINESS IDEA, STATED CONFIDENTLY] RULES: Do not invent facts. Ask me for real data. Challenge my thinking.
You leave this topic with a 30-day plan, with real dates, to keep using what you built today.
When to use: Right now, at the end of the workshop, before you close your laptop.
You are helping me build a 30-day plan to actually use AI in my business, [BUSINESS NAME AND TYPE], starting today, [TODAY'S DATE]. Interview me first. Do not ask me everything at once. Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer before the next question. Ask maximum 8 questions. Keep each question short and in simple language. If my answer is vague, ask one follow-up to make it specific. Cover these points across your questions: 1. Which tasks eat the most time in my week right now 2. Which outputs from today - Business Brain, Voice Card, content calendar, image posts, reply bank, proposal, SOP, JD, financial report - I will actually use again 3. How much time I can realistically give to AI work each day - be honest, not ambitious 4. Which day of my week is usually quietest, for slightly bigger tasks 5. Which tool from today I am still nervous about opening again After the last question, show me a short summary and ask me to confirm before you produce the final output. When I confirm, give me a 30-day plan as a table with columns: Day, Date, Task, Which tool. Start small in week 1 - tasks under 10 minutes. Build up to bigger tasks by week 4. Mark day 7, day 15 and day 30 clearly as checkpoint days, with one line on what I should check on myself that day. RULES: 1.
Paste these three lines at the end of every prompt you write. Every prompt on this site already ends with them.
RULES: 1.
